Accepted payment methods
Returns and exchanges
Items may be considered for refund if serious damage or defect can be documented through images on arrival. This is not because I do not trust you, fabulous customer, it is so that I can protect myself and my shop and make sure that whatever happened to your product will not happen to you or anyone else again.
Refunds must be requested within 7 days of confirmed package delivery. I ask for pictures at the time of request.
Refunds will not be considered beyond SEVEN DAYS of confirmed delivery.
Any value lost in the mail (as in you have contacted me about not receiving your order, and I have not received an order delivery confirmation) will be refunded to the purchaser.
Payment
Online: TheCeruleanKitten accepts credit cards and debit cards in addition to PayPal payments. While I prefer PayPal, I will accept whatever is easiest for the buyer. Every payment is to be made in full. Payments are expected at the time of purchase. Any delay in payment might delay your order, or worse (!), cancel it.
In Person: Credit, debit, PayPal, Venmo, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other tap-to-pay services are accepted at in person shows, in addition to cash payments.
Delivery
Unless marked, all items will be shipped within 3-5 business days of your purchase. Custom and commissioned pieces will require whatever time was agreed upon.
I ship in well padded bubble mailers or sturdy cardboard boxes, with each individual piece also being wrapped before shipping. My normal method of shipping is through USPS shipping.
As of right now I am only shipping to the United States. Any customers outside of these locations can contact me and attempt to work out special shipping.

I am happy to take custom orders, but require a conversation with the buyer beforehand to ensure that all requests can be met. I would hate to agree upon a piece and suddenly have to deny you because I did not ensure it’s feasibility.
I do not sell wholesale**
**However multiple items of the same kind can be requested for gift distribution, parties, or whatever situation you find yourself in. This must be requested as a custom order.
